Mr Sepahi was patient in listening and clear in explaining both symptoms and treatment. He was also frank in revealing that my operation was not as straightforward as he would have liked owing to the longevity of my condition. Although my recovery will take some time owing to the nature of the operation and my advanced age, I am confident in his skill and the actual wound has healed perfectly.I was heartened that he took the trouble to visit me on a Sunday, the day after my surgery, which shows commitment and vocation.

I returned to see Mr Nader-Sepahi after a related, but unconnected issues with my L5 disc that has led to excruciating and debilitating sciatica. Mr Nader-Sepahi was very quick to arrange an MRI (prior to me seeing him) and at the appointment clearly explained the range of options available, with a recommendation of a lumbar nerve root block injection, which he again expedited. The treatment options were made clear, the course of action I chose was based on a very comprehensive articulation of the options, and most importantly of all I have seen a material improvement in levels of pain (non-existent) and movement.

I was referred to Mr Sepahi by a GP who believed he would be a good choice. I was not disappointed and after a careful diagnosis I underwent surgery. The care received from Mr Sepahi, and all the staff at the Spire hospital Southampton, was excellent and the outcome very good.

I found Dr Sepahi to be thoroughly professional and human at the same time. Without pressuring me at all he guided me through the process clearly laying out the implications of my condition and the remedy, albeit with the possible risks attached. Always extremely polite, he is also blessed with a finely tuned sense of humour that he uses to effect. The more I saw Dr Sepahi the more confidence grew in him and the impending procedure. The procedure went very well and I was amazed how quickly I recovered and was deemed fit for discharge - less then 36 hours. I would recommend Dr Sepahi to anyone considering a similar procedure.
